We could not have had a better experience with Jared. I researched him and his credentials thoroughly before making the decision to contact him. I found him to be thoroughly knowledgeable and willing to take the time to answer all of my (numerous) questions. He never made me feel rushed or foolish - which I appreciated very much. He was organized, on time, forthright, thorough, and honest. My husband and I were very glad that we had found Jared as some of the items the sellers had mentioned as having been done or "not being a problem" he discovered had not actually been done or were, indeed, a problem. He walked us though every step and to top it off gave us a fantastic color-coded (in order of importance) report later that same day! Having received the report on our own home after days of waiting, receiving Jared’s report within hours was a real eye-opener as to how a company should be run. My best recommendation is that I would not hesitate to use his services again, nor would I hesitate to recommend him to a friend.
