I recently bought a light industrial commercial building and hired two ASTM commercial building inspectors: Paul Duffau at Calibre and another inspector. That process led to a $147,000 price reduction on the building. Without Paul’s exhaustively thorough report, I would not have had the confidence to hold firm on that price adjustment.
