John LeBaron was incredibly thorough in his inspection. My wife and I are first time home buyers, and he spent extensive time to explain his findings to us. He helped us understand what his findings meant in context of buying the house. What's normal, what's concerning, what needs to be fixed. We are so grateful and cannot recommend him highly enough! 6/5 stars if we could.

We hired LaRocca to inspect a quadruplex we’re purchasing, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Dave S. was our inspector. The inspection was extremely thorough, and the detailed report (with photos and clear explanations) gave us full confidence in understanding the property’s condition. He took the time to answer all of our questions, explained things in a way that was easy to understand, and never made us feel rushed. Laszlo was on time. He was clear and efficient. Most importantly he knew what he was speaking about. I called two other chimney services before Laszlo. Both of the other companies sent kids out to speak to me. If you put both of the kids respective reports together you get about 75 percent of what Laszlo presented to me. His report was through, clean, accurate, and easy to understand. Great job Laszlo.

Steve Nichols did the house inspection. I was delighted because he had inspected my current house 24 years earlier. He did an excellent job then and now. Steve is thorough and understands every aspect of a structure. His explanations are clear and he answers questions so that a lay person can comprehend the issue. His friendly manner encourages the client to interact so that a clear picture of the situation emerges. The company is efficient in terms of scheduling and billing. LaRocca Inspections did an excellent and very thorough job on our new property in CA. Steve Nichols was at the property for many hours, leaving nothing out. The report we got was so thorough, color coded and very understandable. I especially appreciated his verbal report after the inspections. He put everything so clearly and succinctly. The written report is also clear and effective, and conveys all of the necessary information in language that is readily understandable. Plus the colored pictures help us to visualize the issues addressed in the report. All home inspections should go so smoothly!
