I recommend! He assisted me at the last minute and provided me a detailed Inspection Report. I really appreciate him for his time. However, I’m a bit disappointed he did not inspect the roof of the home (just what he could see from the ground) which some inspectors have drones to actually take pictures of the roof. The price of his radon inspection was great!

As a realtor who has held my license for seven years, I’ve never crossed a more competent Inspector. Recently in December, I had a luxury home that had been inspected before it was put on the market. This is usually a good thing for both realtors on both sides and on this particular Home I was the buyers agent. So it’s always nice to hear that the sellers have done their due diligence. However, very smart to continue to get it inspected regardless. So happy I did and thrilled that I used Horace. Not only was he thorough and had the gift of discernment, but he also found a $15,000 mistake in which the garage was crumbling. if I had not used him the children that were moving into that home and the family would have been at major risk.

Mr. Ward did an extremely thorough inspection on my new construction home. His attention to detail identified both minor cosmetic issues, as well as a few major quality issues; especially with the roof. Armed with this information, I was able to rectify the issues before the closing date. I cannot recommend this man enough. I'd give 10 stars if I could!

So nice we've used them twice! Horace, is very passionate about his work, he's also knowledgeable and takes his time to make sure he has truly given you a full picture of the condition of the property you're looking to purchase. Horace was an absolute pleasure to work with. I'm 62 and I've never met this inspector before I hired him. He was referred to me by my realtor. I've never seen such an in-depth inspection done by any other inspector I've hired. We recently put our home up for sale and our buyers hired another inspector that took less than two hours to inspect the entire home. This gentleman spent over 6 hours inspecting every tiny detail of this home. The extent of work this man does is incredible. I would strongly suggest you hire him if you want a quality job done so that you know everything there is to know about the home you're looking to purchase.
