We hired Richard to conduct our Home Inspection. Thanks to his thorough inspection we decided not to purchase the first home we had put an offer in for. Rich was very meticulous, taking his time to really look at and scrutinize various aspects and mechanics of the home and pointed out many things in that house which would have ended up costing thousands of dollars in repairs and replacement. After finding another home that we really liked, we chose Richard again to perform the Home Inspection and just like before he was very meticulous with his inspection and provided a very detailed Report. We ended up purchasing that home and love it! Overall, my husband and I are very satisfied with his results. Richard has probably done over 12 inspections over the last few years for us. He has done inspections on property we were going to sell- so there would be no closing surprises. He pointed out many things that needed fixed and others that, while not defects, increased value. He also offered advice on how to address some problems.
