Mike did a 1 year warranty inspection for my house last week. He gave a very detailed inspection of the home. While there are no major issues with the house, he pointed out many small issues that the builder should fix. After his careful check of the home, I feel very reassured of the house’s condition. Mike is very friendly to work with too. He explained everything clearly to me. I highly recommend him.

Mike was professional and thorough. He explained to us what he saw, his concerns, as well as what is normal for the age of our property. He helped explain the norms of that time the house was built versus new construction standards today and how we could improve certain elements of the house to meet current standards. We feel confident in our knowledge about the quality of our new home thanks to Mike.

The inspection has been very helpful to list out all the issues with the home builder before the warranty expires. The entire inspection process is also informative in terms of missing or broken parts. He was so friendly and helpful and explained in detail. Highly recommended.

Mike was amazing! This is my first time buying a home and he helped out all of my fears aside. I would highly suggest the Thermal imaging addition as he was able to identify some energy loss points that I never would have considered otherwise. He was also so nice and lovely to work with.
