Great experience and service. Very quick response. Alan is very detailed and thorough in his inspection. He includes pictures and good notes regarding what he finds. I’m so glad I was referred to him, as he helped find several items that our home builder had to replace, re-do, &/or explain. I’m also happy that we did this inspection (prior to drywall) so these items could be handled before they were covered by the walls. Alan was very timely, and turned around the inspection report in a day. I’d highly recommend Alan for your inspection needs.

Alan is very friendly and professional. I had some issue that needed some expert opinion after a year of using their service for home inspection and he happily drove by and provided a solution for no extra cost. He is also very knowledgeable in Austin and suburbs are. You can't go wrong with Alan.

Alan is extremely professional and thorough. When my new construction home wasn't ready for a pre-drywall inspection on Friday, he immediately rescheduled to the next week so he could make sure to properly inspect the house for me. He went above and beyond to make sure he checked everything and sent me the report within a couple of hours. I'm so thankful I decided to work with him and will definitely be using him for all home inspection related needs. I highly recommend him!

Alan Taylor is a great inspector. He reached on time with all his tools required for the inspection. He was communicating all his finding during his inspection with us and briefly went over the report on site. Also suggesting how we can take care of the house including showing me AC filters and how to change them. We really impressed with his professionalism and honesty, and of course with the detailed report he sent after the inspection. I definitely recommend Taylor Inspection company.
