Could not have asked for a better experience for home inspection services. The quality of the inspection was top notch, finding things that were missed by a previous inspector just 4 months earlier. JDS provided thoughtful and professional recommendations about what to fix and how to fix it, noting items that we could handle ourselves versus those requiring a pro. Also indicated what items should definitely be a seller's responsibility. Communication was excellent, pricing was transparent and very reasonable, and inspection started on-time with no stone left unturned. Great experience overall and I highly recommend using JDS for any home purchase. I'd suggest brining them in even without a sales transaction just to get a set of really professional eyes on the condition of your house. As was promised, I likely know more about the condition of the home than the previous owners did after living there for years. Great work!

John is amazing! I was under a tight deadline for a home inspection and he fit us in the next day after I called and had a report to us within 24 hours. He was very affordable, extremely efficient and an all around great guy. He was very thorough and has been available to answer questions that have come up for me in the week since the initial inspection. I will be be recommending John to everyone.

John is very thorough and detailed. He let's you know everything and has no problem with questions as we asked a lot. His analysis afterwards that he puts together and provides is amazing. There are pictures, arrows and color codes the different issues to make it easy on us and our realtor. Would recommend him to everyone.
