Inspections Over Coffee - Chandler

This is my second time using Mike with Inspections Over Coffee for personal use but as a real estate professional I have also suggested IOC to many of my clients! (At least 25) I am continued to be impressed with the level of detail Mike is willing to do at each property. I love the videos, pictures, ease of navigating the report and recommendations on all his findings. He also provides contacts for areas he might suggest further evaluation. I will continue to recommend him for years to come!

Just had Inspections Over Coffee inspect my residence while under contract. Mike did an excellent and thorough job, was extremely nice and professional. He walked us through the house and property showing everything and explaining and answering any questions we had. The inspection report was also easy to read and understand. Can’t beat the choice of two-three canned coffee beverages they provide as you all talk everything over!!

His reports are clear easy to understand. I appreciated the additional links to educational info for the appropriate sections (city codes, etc). Another really helpful, time-saving tip in the report is the type of repair person needed for specific repairs. This was educational and saved me a lot of time searching the internet & making phone calls. The short videos of the discrepancies noted were valuable as well. I had the same experience during the post-inspection walkthrough - thorough, clear and informative. I found a go-to inspector I trust. Highly recommend Inspections Over Coffee.

Mike did a great job, highly recommend! I'm an agent with HomeSmart and will be using him for future inspections. He's thorough, accommodating and his agent tools are very helpful.
