You were able to get our appointment scheduled almost immediately and provided incredibly useful information for our negotiation. Caught things we didn't expect or would never have thought to look for. The report came in the same day so we were able to get our contract negotiated the same day.

I called in requesting a same day inspection which is difficult to find. They had an inspector (Jacob) willing to add it to his schedule to save the day. The inspector was on time, thorough and very professional throughout. I received an update at the end in addition to the inspection report. 5☆ service.
