We personally had Michael Vacha do our inspection on our new home and couldn't recommend him enough. He did our pre dry wall inspection initially and caught quite a few things that the builder missed including a lot of minor details which really showcased how thorough he is in his work. Having done such a great job we brought him back before closing once more. The report he submitted included photos, details and fixes which really helped us get a visual understanding of everything. His communication was phenomenal as well and answered all our questions and concerns during each phase. Michael helped us feel at ease and confident moving into our home. We will definitely be using his services on every home going forward.

I recently had Michael Vacha from Be Informed Inspections help me with my 11 month new home inspection . He was very thorough, experienced, and the entire process was very smooth. Michael was punctual, thorough, and willing to go the extra mile. When our original appointment happened to be during heavy rain, Michael suggested a different day so that he could do a full inspection. After he went through everything, he walked me through the items he had identified and answered all of our questions. We received the completed report later that same day. I have already referred him to our neighbors.
