Christopher Magnuson was my inspector, and he was excellent. He was incredibly thorough, professional, and knowledgeable. I truly appreciate that he listened to my concerns and then provided a full, detailed inspection. For each issue, he not only explained what needed to be fixed but also explained why it was incorrect, and how it should be done. The cost of this inspection was absolutely worth it. It's a small price to pay to avoid much more expensive repairs down the road. Thanks to Christopher's detailed report, I feel much more confident and prepared to speak with the builder about the necessary fixes.

Our home inspector David Berryman was awesome super thorough, kind, and patient with all our questions. He walked us through every detail, explained what things meant in plain English, and never made us feel rushed. The whole inspection took a little longer, but that’s because we added the sewer scope with the Green Package, totally worth it for the peace of mind since it’s a 1979 home. Plus, we got extra time to wander around the house and space-plan our future furniture setup, so no complaints there! We also loved that the company includes a free HomeBinder, makes staying organized way easier. Overall, 10/10 would recommend.
