We worked with an amazing man Ryan Kings. He was in contact with us right away when we needed him and worked around our schedule to come to the house to get it inspected! He made time to come to not only one inspection but 2 way out in Newton and Montezuma. He was very thorough and knowledgeable and even crawled into the smallest places to inspect every inch of the houses. He then explained after the inspection what he found and what options there are to fix. His reports were understandable and organized and he called and set up times with the realtor to go over what his report said. He is amazing and will recommend him to anyone anywhere that needs an inspection. He saved us time and money!!! Good Job Ryan!!! 10 ot of 10.
