He showed up exactly when we agreed (which already puts him ahead of half the Miami service industry), communicated clearly the whole way through, and had all reports in my inbox within a day. What I really appreciated was how he walked me through each inspection observation—patiently, without rushing, and with explanations that actually made sense to a non-inspector like me. Thanks to his thorough work, I’m now lined up for some much-needed discounts on my home insurance. Bottom line: professional, reliable, and easy to work with. If only every service call was this smooth. Highly recommend.

Tony Barro did a great job on our 4 points and windstorm inspection. He was prompt, thorough and professional. Plus, he's a friendly guy who knows a ton about the major systems in any home, electrical, mechanical, plumbing and more. I have used Precise before and will continue to do so in the future.
