I was recommended Elliot's company through a friend, as they spoke highly of his expertise and professionalism and I wasn't disappointed to say the least! I spoke with Elliot on a Monday and scheduled him to visit our home the coming Friday. He and his assistant showed up on time and were very professional during the entire inspection process. They outlined the work they would perform, as well as kept us updated with any major issues they found during the inspection. After it was completed, Elliot sat us down and gave us a breakdown of everything they discovered, many were things I overlooked even after several walkthroughs!
