During the process of buying my second home, I got to work with Nick who showed me what a great home inspection experience can be like. They were able to schedule the inspection as soon as possible around my busy schedule and while traffic cause a slight delay, Nick stayed late and made sure we were taken care of throughout. This was not an easy inspection either; he fought off snakes, mice, and mystery creatures to get us all the information we needed. Nick went through the inspection line by line and not only answered all of my questions but took the time to explain it to me and offer solutions.
