I wasn't too sure about anyone because I have trust issues but let me tell you all who do, the work done by these gentlemen is extremely detailed and professional. I wanted someone who would scan my house the way I would but have the knowledge required to know what's missing and and what needs to be done and they did exactly what I needed them to and gave a detailed report in person and email with pictures of what exactly needs to be taken care of. Highly recommend these guys for anyone who is a first time buyer and might be nervous. You're in good hands!

Jordan has a great team of professionals in every aspect of home inspection. We had a separate termite, roof, septic, and general inspector all come out to the property. Each of them was respectful, professional, and sincere. As both a real estate agent and a woman, I personally find it difficult to rely on these types of experts to be trustworthy, as they historically tend to take advantage of the situation. But with Power House Inspections I found that their quotes were reasonable in price and I appreciated that they took the time to thoroughly explain their findings. I expected nothing but excellent and this company provided it. Great customer service. Jordan was excellent he spoke to us in layman’s terms we could understand. He broke down everything in his report whew just in time before our warranty ran out. He was easy to speak to and had a great disposition. I would recommend them to anyone.

Richard was professional and provided a thorough inspection and review of his findings. My final report was provided in less than 7 hours, after the completion of my inspection. I would highly recommend obtaining a 5-point inspection, for home maintenance or as a precursor if you're planning to sell your home.
