First off let me say that Eddie Rizzo's prices are affordable and reasonable. I contacted Eddie to do a home inspection and radon test on my first home that I am in the process of purchasing and I have to say he did an excellent job. Eddie showed up before our scheduled time and was very thorough with the home inspection. Eddie was able to answer every question that I had concerning the inspection process. Eddie's communication throughout this entire process was amazing, the report that I received the following day was very thorough and detailed and he even pointed out suggestions on what I should have the seller fix before I move into the house.
