The only inspector I ever want to work with. I recommend him to anyone who needs a proper and thorough home inspection. I trust his knowledge and judgement completely. He’s reasonably priced. He checks everything!! He finds things others don’t. He found a major safety issue with one home I was going to buy, he told me, "If you were my daughter, I wouldn’t let you buy this house if they won’t fix this". This guy is the best of the best. I’m still on my home hunting journey and whenever I find the next one, he’ll be hearing from me!

Finding homes can sometimes be the easy part, the more difficult is making sure it’s safe enough to purchase. And even more so, trusting your inspector to know the details pertaining to that safety. Greg made sure every house that we had in our sight was safe enough for my husband and I to purchase. The details and concerns were always brought up even if we ended up loving the house. Greg was never afraid to tell us like it is and give us the utmost professional and valuable explanations. I don’t know what we would have done without him! 10/10 recommend!
