Accurate Inspections

I would NOT recommend. So he showed on time for a home inspection and did 2 houses in 2 hours. I've had dozens of home inspections and never had 1 house done in 2 hours let alone two houses. Charged $450.00. Jammed me up for payment same day. My agent that referred me to him got a call the next morning early about payment. I had been tied up and sent payment that morning at 8 am. Its been two days and no report yet.

I have been working with Mike and his team for about 10 years. I recommend him to my clients when they are buying a home. When I call him to schedule an appt he responds very quickly and my clients usually receive the report the next day. I like how he has a "Summary page" of the items to be aware of right away. One of my clients was having a problem with her toilet after she moved in. I called the inspector and he went out after business hours to help her adjust something on her toilet so it would work properly again. He didn't get paid extra for it. He did it to provide a high level of customer service. I highly recommend Mike and his team if you ever need a home inspection.

I requested an inspection of an older home in February 2022. The inspector came out and did claimed he was not able to access the attic (the access to the attic). Additionally, the inspector noted that there was a potential issue with a missing plumbing cap and clog and that a professional assess and fix. Fast forward to June when I go to remodel, several plumbers have looked at the plumbing and told me it was shot and they are shocked that any home inspector wouldn't have recommended the plumbing be replaced. When I brought the issue to Gary Soto's (owner) attention, he was rude, talked over me, and raised his voice during our call. I remained professional and asked several times that he allow me to finish my point and he continued to cut me off. Notice the reviews are from 4-5 years ago. I would definitely advise avoiding this company and also getting a licensed plumber and electrician to accompany any inspector you end up choosing.

I have worked with Accurate Inspections for a quite awhile now and they have done multiple homes inspections for me. They have the best customer service. They are always on top of answering the phone and don't mind answering my questions. Their inspection reports are detailed and the best that I have seen as a real estate agent.
