DO NOT USE. I hired David Parker to do an inspection for a commercial property. He wrote that the roof was in 'good' condition and didn't need much work. I decided to go up there and inspect it myself with a contractor. There were patches that were peeling and inflated, as you can see in the attached picture. There was evidence of water damage throughout. The contractor told me I would have to replace the entire roof. How is this considered 'good' condition? After I told him about this, he re-did the inspection report and told me I was right. Why do I have to tell David how to do his job? Plenty of other inspectors, don't waste your money on this one.
David, was great he went as soon as possible to do the inspection on the property. I would highly recommend his company to others Tks, to all for your help and hard work

Have lived in my 1979 home for 3 months. Already had to service a severely clogged AC, a leaking/malfunctioning shower head, garage door motor and rollers, and several ceiling fans. The workers all ask me the same thing. "How was this missed on inspection?".
