Chris was very transparent and thorough in explaining everything he found. He was a wealth of information breaking down trends over the years and his experience in construction answered questions of issues not addressed over time. The written report provided clear descriptions and photos reinforcing his comments and concerns. Paying for the optional inspections were beneficial since it was an older home. I would definitely recommend him and Kissee Home Inspections to family and friends.

We have used Kissee twice! Chris does a great job of walking you through the findings and highlighting the biggest issues with the house. Kissee is also great about texting reminders and updates to the schedule and the inspection report comes back very quickly. The ability to order a sewer inspection is also a very helpful addition, especially when you are buying an older home.

Chris is one of the best inspectors I've had the luck to work with. Twice now he has come out to houses that my clients have had inspected and he always makes the inspection very understandable and the issues much more approachable. Things that might look like a deal breaker or cause for alarm he's able to put into perspective so that the buyer can truly see whether or not this home is a good investment. We want our clients to be well informed not terrified at the end of the inspection review, and Chris does a great job of this.
