Checklist Inspctions did a fabulous job with my new home. Brian was very thorough and timely. Inspection was scheduled immediately and no stone was left unturned. He then discussed and pointed out every item he found faulty on the list. His report was thorough and immediate. There isn’t much to repair but little problems left unattended can blossom into big problems I’m happy to know I’ll be moving into a home that is safe. Excellent work by Brian. Thank you Checklist for employing caring and knowledgeable people. Not an inexpensive endeavor but very well worth every penny.

I recently used Checklist Inspections for the first time and was thoroughly impressed. They were efficient, professional, and provided a clear and informative debrief immediately after the inspection, which both my client and I really appreciated. Communication was smooth throughout the entire process and they were incredibly easy to work with. I would absolutely recommend them and will definitely be using their services in the future.

They were efficient. He explained everything and went through the entire house found a few things that we didn’t see on the initial walk-through. We appreciated all of the questions he answered for us. It was such an easy experience. We felt that he was inspecting everything in our best interest, knowing we have children. We felt very confident in this inspection.

Sasha is the best Inspector ever home run on helping us with our first home purchase Update After closing on the house, Sasha did the best he could but unfortunately, I have to change my review as Sasha didn’t have enough time to do a proper inspection. I’ve now learned after speaking with checklist and Sasha and figuring out what went wrong it appears that he was double booked by checklist and did not have enough time to properly inspect the house. This has unfortunately cost me tens of thousands and to spend damn nearly 1500 on an inspection is downright Insane to me how they did not schedule him a full day at this house, I would not recommend this company.

Scheduling staff, Aaliyah was so communicative and kind. Inspector, Eric was very informative and helpful about anything and everything we discussed during my home inspection. Eric gave me a helpful folder with so much helpful information and references for home needs as I am embarking on this new journey as a homeowner. Joe was very thorough with his inspection and it was obvious he was experienced. He patiently went over every item with us. Very pleased with the quality of the inspection!

They inspected a new build home we are planning to buy and they found a number of things that need addressed. While most were minor, it was great they were so observant they not only caught a couple bigger issues, but also had an eye for the smaller details. They did a great job navigating the scheduling process with the builder and I had the report almost immediately following the inspection. With us being out of state they also were great accommodating a friend of mine who attended the review in my absence. Would recommend.
