Morrison Plus Property Inspections - Corporate Office

Kenny of Morrison Property Inspection, Sewer Scope and Hydrojetting was amazing! First, when we scheduled the inspection he was available first thing in the morning. He arrived early and was the perfect balance of friendly and professional. I was the real estate agent for the buyer and I really appreciate that Kenny slowly, with video evidence, explained the sewer materials, connections, preventative measures, and items to address immediately. The discount for services was a welcome added bonus. Friendly plus professional plus thoughtful is a 100% win. Thanks Kenny!! Also, I did check with a competitor and Morrison’s pricing is less than the next company and a great, like amazing, value.

My husband and I are first-time home buyers, currently in escrow, and we had our full inspection today with David and Kenny from Morrison, and they were both wonderful. I had a lot of questions and I’m very eager to learn, and they explained everything clearly. David did the property inspection, and Kenny checked the sewer line, and both of them gave us very thorough reports afterwards, presenting options and next steps in understandable language, without any pressure or upselling. I’m the one who does most of the maintenance and repairs in our household, and as a woman it was so refreshing and empowering to feel heard and taken seriously instead of talked over or talked down-to. Huge thanks to David, Kenny, and Morrison for their patience, professionalism, and thoroughness!

David Cruz came out to do the general inspection for us on a home we are in escrow with. He was professional, communicative, and extremely thorough. We were super impressed with his knowledge, attention to detail, and how quickly we got the report back. We will be using David again for any future needs and recommend folks looking for a general inspector to request him specifically! Thanks David for everything!

I had an excellent experience working with William from Morrison Plus Property Inspection. From start to finish, he was prompt, professional, and incredibly thorough. William took the time to walk me through every detail of the inspection, pointing out not only the issues but also offering helpful explanations and suggestions for maintenance and repair. His report was clear, detailed, and delivered quickly — exactly what I needed during a time-sensitive real estate transaction. I felt confident making decisions thanks to his expertise and honest insights. William clearly cares about his clients and goes above and beyond to ensure they fully understand the condition of the property. I highly recommend William and Morrison Plus to anyone looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and courteous home inspector. You’ll be in great hands! Ch

We recently had a home inspection done by Ali from Morrison Plus Property Inspections, and we felt super assured because we knew what we were going into, thanks to Ali's inspection. Ali was professional, extremely thorough, and passionate about his work. He caught both small and big issues -- from non-working outlets to a hidden pipe leak inside the walls. During the sewer inspection, he even showed us exactly where the pipes had offset joints and explained everything in clear, simple terms. Because we have a small child, all the minor details about potential safety hazards were invaluable to us. What really stood out was his attention to detail paired with efficiency -- he delivered a comprehensive, easy-to-read report the same day. Thank you so much Ali and Morrison Plus Property Inspections! THANK YOU!
