Locker Inspection Services LLC

Josh Locker was fantastic. He said he is the guy they send in when someone is sick but they don’t know where the mold is and he finds it. He did find the mold in our home and also informed us on how to get it fixed and how to prevent mold in the future. He was very personal and educated us on mold. He clearly has years of experience and is able to see and find issues that others would not think about. I highly recommend.

Locker inspection was incredibly easy to schedule with and did a great job on the inspection. Right for the start the online booking tool was easy to use and select a date and time that for into the buying schedule and my own. The reached out and verified all the information after the initial setup and we're all set. The inspector started at 10:00 am, i showed up at 11:30 to give him some time to work without me entirely in his way. As soon as I arrived he ( KC Tolenen) was friendly and happy to start answering any questions and started immediately explaining what he was currently doing, why and what he was seeing. After he had completed his inspection he walked me around the property explaining the big items he had noticed or things he wanted to pint out that he had found before I arrived. After giving me the breakdown. He cleaned up his tools and was out. I received the completed inspection later that day. My house luckily had very little to worry about, but I'm sure he would of found everything if it was in worse condition.

We had an excellent experience with Locker Inspection Services from scheduling to report receipt. Locker was able to work with our very tight (3 day) time frame to complete the inspection and made scheduling easy. (Son = first time home buyer) Gabe was a pleasure to work with. We appreciated his level of professionalism, knowledge and thoroughness as he walked us through his initial findings. The full written report was very detailed and we received the report ahead of his proposed time frame. He made certain that no questions were left unanswered. Without hesitation, we would recommend Locker Inspection Services. They have been added to our preferred and referral service list.

Joshua was very thorough and awesome. He spent over 4 hours in the condo, and at the end walked us through noticeable spots and explained what was wrong and what would need to be done to those spots. I have issues with mold, and he ran mold tests that are sent to a lab to make sure everything is safe for me to buy what I am inspecting. The report was 51 pages of well-organized explanations with pictures. I would highly recommend!

The guys were great. Came out right away to accommodate a very quick closing date. They were professional and thorough, and the report I received was very detailed, including pictures of issues and videos. I would highly recommend Locker Inspections to anyone looking to buy a home.

Excellent experience working with Locker Inspection Services. Communication about date, time, cost, and what to expect was perfect. KC performed my inspection and was extremely thorough. Not only did he point out items that I should pay attention to, he answered my questions and actually taught me about home items as well. He took the time to make sure I was secure in understanding everything. I would recommend Locker Inspection Services and use them again if needed.

Working with the office and scheduling was very easy and efficient. Our inspector did a great and thorough review of the home. After the fact, our inspector was very responsive to the follow-up questions I had from the report. I would highly recommend Locker Inspection Services!
