Ken Newell, home inspector was efficient in the inspection of my home. He took the time to walk me through all deficiencies and helped me greatly on prioritizing which repairs needed immediate attention. When buying a home it's integral for owner to know what's urgent, what's not, what can endanger you. Without his expertise and advice on serious problem areas (my gas heater not venting to code) I could have injured myself or dog. I greatly appreciated his diligence and effort.

What I like about Ken is his approach. He is very personable with the customers and accommodating to most peoples schedules. One of his best quotes is "Will figure it out" We have been at home inspections during ice storms, snow storms weekends and evenings. Ken keeps focused and when he hands over his report you have a deep appreciation and thorough understanding of a property.

I contacted Ken (who came highly recommended by my relator) and asked him for a quote and quick turn-around ETA to complete an in depth and detailed home inspection on a very large house. Ken gave me an amazing quote and scheduled it within 5 days, speeding up the sale process. During the home inspection, he took the time to explain the issues he found, in detail and detailed in terms that were easy to understand. He was very thorough and obviously had amassed YEARS of expertise. He said he would email me his full report later the same day. I expected a relatively detailed, but short report. Later that same day, I received a 43 page, well organized and professional report that explained each item he reviewed and the recommendations for fixing where applicable. This report included many pictures that helped support the recommendations made, which really helped me prioritize the key focus areas. I highly recommend Ken (of Key Home Inspection) for home inspections! He was amazing to work with, delivered great customer service, value and delivered a fantastic, highly detailed and easy to understand report.

Ken was just. so. thorough. Helpful, detail-oriented, understandable... I'd never owned a home before; didn't know what to look for. His report was well made and incredibly clear. Heck I even got a few good maintenance tips out of it during the inspection. Darn grateful, would highly recommend.
