From beginning to end, this entire experience was easy. The roof inspection was easy. He explained everything that needed to be done to me. The crew that came out to do the repairs were amazing! And the wonderful woman on the phone was the nicest every. Would refer to anyone who needs work done on their roof.

Needed a roof leak fixed quickly for a new home I purchased on short sale. The team came out and explained to me that it was pigeon poop that had built up at the top of my rotunda due to them nesting there and water was unable to flow off the roof. (it puddled) They cleaned the entire area up (5-6 bags of pigeon poop), patched the holes and recommended I call pest control. That pest company came out and put up caging and spiking but did a poor job at it. As such, the first big rain came and the same area of the roof leaked again. I called Baccus back up and they sent two teams of roofers out within days to clean up another insane amount of pigeon poop, completely tear back the roof, apply peel and seal waterproofing and repatch a much wider area than they had previously. All at no additional cost to me. I appreciate that they stood by their warranty despite the issue not being entirely their fault. I felt they treated me fairly and decided to take the pest control matters into my own hands shortly after their work was complete. Happy to say I no longer have leaks!

Baccus handled my job when other companies told me no because my roof was in disrepair and out of code and they didn't think it was worth it. Baccus may not have a fully staffed sales and scheduling department, but if you want that go ahead and pay way more to peterson dean. They got the job done at a reasonable price and my roof looks amazing for the first time since I bought the house.

I had loose roof tiles that needed to be fixed. I tried reaching out to a few companies but one was too booked to even come to take an estimate and another never returned my calls/emails. I was so happy with the quick response from Baccus roofing. I was able have someone come out for estimate the next day. Once the estimate was complete, I was told they were booked through April/May but would be able to come out in between jobs since mine wouldnt take long. Less than a week later, they were able to fit me in same day. The team who came out was very nice and they completed the work in about an hour. I would definitely recommend them.

Baccus roofing was rude and wasted my time. I would give negative stars if possible. They showed up unannounced to do the estimate and scared my tenant then they waited a week to schedule my appointment. After I called the following week they texted me saying they would "squeeze me in" when they could. I had been clear from the start that I needed the job complete in a certain time frame and they said the job was smaller than they normally do so they have to fit me in where they can. When I said I needed it complete with in the week they said they said they should not have offered to help with my minor repair and I can find another contractor. Never again.

I used Baccus a couple of years ago and was very happy. So when my mother-in-law died and we sold her house, (the inspection report found defects in the tile roof), we called Baccus again. They could have sold us a bill of goods, but they only fixed what was necessary and did it at a very reasonable cost. When the inspector came back to re-inspect he gave the work two thumbs up. I see the negative reviews about gate codes and scheduling.....all I can say is if you want good work at a good price, they are worth the wait. (I didn't have any problems with delays or gate codes.)
