I can’t say enough great things about this company and their customer service. I was in a bad situation and needed a water test ASAP. A mistake was made during the follow up water test that put the house closing in jeopardy. I called Jay at In Town Home Inspections. He was able to get the correct water sample early the next morning, took it straight to the lab and was able to get a rush order put on it. As soon as the report came in he sent it to me and then sent me a text to make sure I received it. Professional, friendly, and caring people at In Town Inspections.
