Ignacio was great! He arrived early and was incredibly prompt and moved efficiently. He had everything he needed accessible and ready and could inspect issues effectively. He finished earlier than expected, which saved us some time. He was also very aware of privacy concerns and addressed issues professionally with us. He was honest, objective, straightforward, and thorough. We would work with him again! Their customer service was also amazing and Mia on the phone handling our booking was so easy and welcoming to work with. We would absolutely recommend Finish Line Home Inspections!

Ignacio and Ross are the consummate professionals and I would be remiss in not writing a review to detail our experience with utilizing Finish Line for our inspections. From the moment we called to set up the inspections, the customer service team was prompt and punctual in setting up our date and time. Everyone showed up at least 10 mins early on Inspection day and Ignacio and Ross introduced themselves and communicated well the scope of what they would be doing and what to expect afterwards. They were very, very thorough and the ensuing report quite detailed. Ignacio made sure to message us personally to ensure that we had received the reports and the end of the day and that was a very nice touch. I'm resolute in my firm recommendation of their services and will not hesitate to use them again for future endeavors.

Finish Line has exceptional customer service. We needed an appointment sooner than available and the office worked hard in making it happen. From the booking, to the online payment, etc they were always prompt and helpful. Keyth Martinez did a thorough job and communicated any and all concerns with the inspection. Inspector was young but he built his knowledge by attending all the inspections conducted by an experienced inspector for 3 months. His attitude was excellent and the inspection report reflected the verbal one he went quickly before to leave .
