We had to find an inspector last minute and were lucky enough to find Andy. He was very, very thorough and took the time not only to examine every corner of the property, but to also explain to us what he found and how he would recommend addressing his findings. We had more questions on the days that followed the inspection and again, he took the time to answer and give us recommendations. Andy is an absolute gem. He's very thorough, explained everything clearly, suggested advice on how to fix anything that needs fixing. He also placed high priority and importance on safety issues that he discovered during inspection.
