As a local realtor, I have been working with Bud for over 14 years. He is very knowledgeable about all aspects of the home from the mechanical to the structure. Whether the buyer is a first time home-buyer or who have bought several homes in the past, the buyer always has questions. Bud always has time for all of their questions either on the day of inspection or afterwards. I would highly recommend him to any of my buying or selling clients!

Z Best Inspection did an inspection on our home a few days ago. He checked and changed the hot water heater settings which was fine. However, he never put the settings back. I was without hot water for several hours before I realized what was wrong. I'm a mother with an infant and I did not appreciate this. It would have been nice if he could have put the settings back the way they were or leave a note so that I knew what was going on. Please be more aware next time

Bud from Z Best Inspection completed a VA inspection on my home in Clarksville, Tn that I was not satisfied with. Here are the reasons: 1. We found a nickel size burnt mark on the kitchen counter which Bub said he missed it but that is only cosmetic. 2. Bud said he checked all the appliances and they were all in working order. Well the week we moved in we couldn't go by groceries because the refrigerator did not keep things cold, the freezer didn't freeze anything, the water and ice maker didn't work. But the light worked,. I texted Bud on the refrigerator issues and he never called or texted me back. I would not recommend this inspector

Wonderful experience! Bud was so helpful, kind, patient, and did such an amazing job!! He was incredibly thorough and explained everything I needed to know. I requested Bud for my second home inspection, and he walked me through the review and helped me calm down on buying the home buy explaining what is wrong and what I need to worry about. The items that he wrote got fixed.
