I'm glad to say that I was able to find this company to help me with my new apartment I just moved to Fullerton and unfortunately I am in an older building with a lot of issues. The gentleman that came out was very nice and found a couple areas of water issues that I didn't even know about that had some mod growth. He was very thorough with my place being so small I think the time he spent was a lot trying to really find any problems that I could address to the property management which they took his report and did make the necessary repairs for me! Thank you guys!

Joe was 2-3 hours late on every appointment (even when you call him and he lies and says he’s 30 minutes out). He will take more samples than he needs to in order to charge you more. He will pry on your emotional vulnerability during a time of stress to get the most money possible out of you. He told me to throw away all my belongings including a 4k TV after I got them tested by another company they showed no damage at all. You won’t be able to reach him, ask him questions and he won’t give you the results unless you harass him. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY!

Would highly recommend this company to anyone in need. I had them take a look at my kitchen sink, they ran some tests, and they were able to detect the moisture and its source. So far I’ve had no problems since the gentleman came out and visited!
