We used Ahmed to inspect a home we recently closed on. He was great to work with - thorough, patient, and made us feel like we were informed about the home we were purchasing, but not scared or overwhelmed (which it feels like it's easy to be when you're purchasing an older NJ home!). Ahmed also used a drone for the roof inspection, which not every inspector did and we felt was important / made us feel more at ease due to the older age of our roof. He answered all of our questions, provided an extremely detailed report, and helped us with prioritizing items that needed to be addressed more immediately vs. issues we might just want to keep an eye on.
