Might be one of the few. Missed: Leaking sink pipes, main sewage come from kitchen clogged, broken exterior faucet, MELTING BREAKERS in the fuse box, exposed hot wiring in closet, fridge waterline rusted through. Did detect radon and furnace problem. Respectful, detailed (in found issues), and on time, all around professional. Was able to describe findings in a way for a new home owner to understand.

Worst inspection ever! Not even sub-par. Not only was most items not listed in my inspection, but found out from a contractor that this company failed my inspection to the point it should never have passed! I would've never purchased my house if this inspection was done properly. Never again with them!!!!!

Ken was very professional and well educated on every aspect of the home. He completed a thorough inspection. He went over his findings at the end in a way that made it easy to understand and showed pictures. The detailed report followed early the next day. Plus his pricing is very reasonable. I would absolutely use him every time.
