Where are the 10 star ratings?! My father-in-law and I did the home inspection walk through with Kaimi Kawai and it was so thorough and helpful. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional and went above and beyond. I was blown away by his attention to detail, all the tips he gave on home maintenance, and how we educated us on the home. He was early, stayed late, sent all the information the NEXT day and answered any questions we had. Truly the best of the best and I cannot recommend enough. Such an amazing experience and would not use anyone else.

Kaimi did a home inspection on a condo I am in the process of purchasing. I was not able to be in person for the inspection. Kaimi collaborated seamlessly with my realtor. He worked with my realtor to create a video of the home and pointed out areas of concern. Kaimi explained everything with no judgement and gave some helpful tips.
