I worked with Bill Harris on my home inspection. He was very communicative ahead of time leading up to the inspection. On the day of inspection, he was at the property 15 minutes before and ready to start working at the scheduled time. He is EXTREMELY thorough in the inspection and showed me any deficiencies while we were at the property, reviewed all deficiencies at the end of the inspection, and had the inspection report sent to me by the time we left the property. The report is easy to read with photos and explanations of all findings. It was a pleasure to work with Bill, and I would highly recommend him to anyone else needing to perform a home inspection.
