Dale was professional, thorough, and knowledgeable throughout the entire inspection. He took the time to document and explain issues/questions as they arose. I am thankful for his detailed tips and maintenance explanations for the various mechanisms that a first time home buyer like myself would not instinctively figure out. Dale was so nice and very knowledgeable about everything. I requested a home inspection one day and went out there the very next day with me. Did a walk around the house and explained every single thing that was on the report. Offered his advice on the maintenance required. After the inspection he gave me a binder with the full report as well with list of average cost of repairs, maintenance and a list of suggested persons for repair. I am very pleased with Dales work would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a home inspector!
