Inspect LV did a awesome job on our home inspection. Their inspection report was very detailed and easy to navigate. Inspect LV has been truly helpful helping with my first time home buying experience. Navigating the website to get the inspection scheduled to sending payment was a straight forward experience. I truly understand the "you get what you pay for" while still being affordable. Going into this, I was told to expect the inspectors looked for surface level defects and weren't really detailed at all. Justin C's report was the complete opposite. It was VERY detailed and could be easily read to present to the seller. While there were minimal "big ticket" items, he gave me a good check list to perform repairs/ upgrades that I can run through after closing.
