As a first time home buyer I can’t express just how amazing the people at Inspector nick are. In my opinion the best thing an inspector can give a buyer is a full understanding of what they are getting themselves into, not to scare them away from purchasing. When I attended the inspections with both Nick and Blake, they went over every concern I had and explained it in a way that was easy to understand. Inspector Nick was great to work with for our home inspection. He explained each step of the process as he was performing them and explained how it pertained to the next step he would move into. Very thorough in his work and attentive to details. He provided self help ways of making simple fixes for minor issues and had references for contractors for major issues. Inspection report was completed and in our hands in less than 12 hours after physical inspection with pictures to accompany it. Highly recommend.
