Doug Cook showed up early and did a super-thorough inspection. I really liked the way his inspection report was laid out, starting with the most major items first and working down to very minor & educational items. There was plenty of detail and a ton of photographs. The report was delivered within just a few hours of the inspection itself, which was really fast. I definitely recommend him. As a realtor, when I have the chance I will also refer him.
