As a first time house buyer I was very nervous about the home inspection. Mark took his time to explain every detail of his inspection and his findings to me. While my first inspection from him was overwhelming for the first home I tried to buy, his thoroughness saved me tens of thousands of dollars in repairs and helped me make a very informed decision to back out of a money pit. A home inspection is one of the best investments you can make, especially with Mark. I was moving cross country and was too excited about my move (new job, state, house...) to see the details of the house. I fell in love with a house that was not in good shape and Mark was very professional, candid and thorough.
