From the beginning, LA Mold Inc. was the exact opposite. Devon, the technician, was kind, respectful, and thorough. He even followed up with me afterward to talk through everything since I wasn’t home during testing. Sean was incredibly knowledgeable and took real time to explain asbestos, testing protocols, and what was (and wasn’t) a health risk in my case — which helped me feel a lot safer returning home. Ariel later confirmed the results and also walked me through the science behind the testing and why they take multiple samples. Everyone was communicative, kind, and incredibly patient — even with my very anxious brain in full overdrive. They got the results back fast. The final report took a little longer than expected, but they were upfront and apologetic, and communication stayed solid throughout.
