I really appreciated the detail Emily and Josh went into on the inspection. They truly seemed to care and make sure my wife and I were educated about what needed to be done immediately and what we will need to be ready to fix within the next year. It truly helped us make informed decisions about whether or not we were able to get the house. I got the feeling they gave the same detail as if the house was going to be their own. That is always worth the money. Thankful and would definitely recommend.

Emily Beyer and Amelia Yates worked together on the recent inspection of a home my husband and I hope to purchase in the Lake Terrace neighborhood of New Orleans. They were prompt, professional, and thorough. They explained their findings in layman's terms, took high resolution photos and gave professional feedback about the conditions. The inspection report was provided within a few days of the inspection. The report was detailed and helpful and included links for more information on aspects of the house that might be unfamiliar.
