ALL COUNTY INSPECTIONS

The other inspection companies were really expensive. I was concerned About the $65 price but it was well spent. The inspector was fast and very professional. I will use this company again.

The inspector was on time and very professional. He took the time to explain what a wind mitigation is and how it affects my pricing. Definitely recommend this company.

Gary is a great inspector his housing knowledge is second to none he takes the time to explain exactly why things are the way they are on the report and I respect his honesty. In this business inpectors are always a stones throw away you can find one on every corner, however a knowledgeable GC trained inspector is invaluable because spotting what is not readily visible in an inspection is often the key to a great buy or purchasing a dud.

Inspector failed to properly inspect our roof, we had multiple leaks. The previous owner knew about the roof issues and even had partial repairs done, but our inspector failed to notice/note/advise us. Roof issues are costly, my advice is to use a different company and ensure they carefully inspect roof especially.

I rarely like to give a negative review, hoever if there was a zero stars available I wouldn't hesitate. I was referred to this company by my realtor and trusted in her advice. The gentlemen signed off on everything in the home to be in good statndings. After I purchased my home, we found all the electrical work was connected wrong, not evenly distributed, outlets not working and did not even have cable-they were staged. The dryer connection was to a 110 and caused fuse to blow. Had to hire an electrician to correct everything. The attic is black from smoke residue,(apparently the home was in a fire and was not divulged)* My sons bedroom window-the entire sill can be pushed out-entire frame is cracked. The home is termite ridden and the fumigation contract is fraudulent-NO answer or call backs after 20 attempts to reach out. (Delta Pest Control Co-8310 SW 43RD STREET) Plumbing issues under the Kitchen sink-we had to replace. Dishwasher, Dryer, Faucet all faulty* The bedrom bathroom walls fell out after a bad caulking job and they covered the existing tiles with sheet rock.(unbelievable)* The list goes on -Please do not do business with these companies and the Corporation that just does facelifts to home for a quick turn around *( Chai Build and Stretch LLC)

I'm not a review person, but if I can help just one person avoid this company... If you like to be yelled at when asking questions about a service you paid for, he's your guy. Save yourself the money and headache of an inefficient inspection. Unfortunately, some don't understand ethics nor customer service.

This is a good company. Very professional. The price had me questioning if I made the right choice. Best bang for my buck.
