I can't say enough good things about Andy! As a first-time homebuyer, I was nervous about the whole inspection process, but he made it so easy and stress-free. Andy showed up right on time and spent hours going through every corner of the house: foundation, roof, electrical, plumbing, you name it. What I loved most was that he walked me through everything as he went, explaining what he was looking at in a way that actually made sense to me. He pointed out the concerns but also made sure to highlight the good stuff about the home too. The report he sent afterward was incredibly detailed with tons of photos, but it wasn't overwhelming.
