KRC Home Inspection Co

I'm an insurance agent. My customer has paid for 4-point and wind mitigation. The wind mitigation is missing pictures for open protection discounts. We can't reach the inspector to fix his error. I have called him at least 20 times in the past 2 weeks and emailed him a few times. The customer will lose the discount per inspection error, and the customer will end up paying $1832 more due to the careless inspector.

I was referred to KRC Home Inspection Company in 2013 when we bought our house in Lauderhill and I have used his services for my refi and investment company. He is thorough and knowledgeable. I keep his reports throughout the years for reference when making repairs and maintenance decisions. I have also received, upon request, excellent referrals for work that needs to be done on my homes. I know him, like him, and trust him so I know that he has my interest at heart when providing me with a referral. Thank you KRC.

KRC Home inspections is my go to home inspector for all my clients. Kenny is always on time, matter of fact he always early. His inspections are thorough and detailed. The turnaround time for your reports is quick as well. Kenny is a very knowledgeable and experienced home inspector.

I recieved an email this morning from KRC stating that it's been one year since I bought my home and the best compliment would be in referring their services. I would not refer anyone to KRC. They said the roof was fine and that it was "new" but there was water damage in the ceiling which they failed to mention, that the previous owners tried covering with paint. There were several things wrong with the ceiling and the electricity that made me question what was inspected when they came. I've had to repair numerous leaks in the roof since moving here all within this past year. Upon moving in, I wanted to install recessed lighting. On the inspection report KRC said they went into the attic but I didn't see attic access. I called them back and asked how they got into the attic because there is no possible way for them to get into the attic and the company owner's response was "well we didn't go into the attic then, if there is no access". So why was it in the report then?! I trusted my realtor because he recommended them but I realize it was a ploy and just another means to take advantage of someone naive. It was my first home purchasing experience and I will never return to KRC. Next time I will be more diligent in searching for an inspection company and will check the reviews.

I recommend anyone who needs a professional website created to explore this fantastic company. The service was executed with perfection from beginning to end. I haggle recommend them. Reba Clarke is awesome, polite and amazing to work with.
