Mountain West Inspections LLC

Jeremy was fantastic. He was reasonably priced, and really went above and beyond with the inspections. As a first time home buyer I really had tons of questions, some were reasonable some were dumb and he patiently and very professionally talked me through it all. He event went out of his way to show me details and explain way more than was necessary. He was fantastic when I asked him what I should be asking and didn't giving me some good advice and maintenance info. He was recommended to me by a friend, and I would strongly recommend him to anyone looking for a good quality inspector in the Boise area. The report he provided was thorough, and he got it to me very soon after the inspection was completed. I plan to use him again prior to my one year warranty being up just to confirm no issues. That alone should show how satisfied I was with his level of care.

We had Jeremy inspect two homes for us. Unfortunately the first one didn’t work out for us and we had to walk away after finding a lot of issues. The second time around we called Jeremy again and this house was by far superior. I would highly recommend Mountain West Inspections. Jeremy takes his time and looks at every book and cranny wouldn’t have noticed myself. Thank you to Jeremy and Mountain West Inspections!

Jeremy was referred to us by our realtor and highly recommended. He did a thorough job inspecting the property and provides a very detailed report. I was able to talk with him about the major things the needed to be addressed, what could wait and be done diy. I will definitely use Mountain West for further inspections. Thanks Jeremy

I've had a few home inspections and I have to say, Jeremy at Mountain West LLC is right at the top of the list. His thoroughness was greatly appreciated along with his very clear and organized report. A quick follow up call with Jeremy proved he's right there for any questions. Thanks for the great service Jeremy!

Jeremy is AMAZING! He did the pre-listing inspection on the house we were selling and also did the inspection on the house we decided to buy. He was thorough and had exceptional attention to detail. He is professional, kind and highly knowledgeable. It is evident in everything that he does that he is an expert in his field. If you need an inspection, choose Jeremy!

We chose to go with Mountain West Inspections after searching on google and after reading reviews. Their prices are very reasonable and Jeremy is wonderful. This is our first home purchase. He was able to fit me in the schedule quickly upon my request. I accidentally sent him the wrong address and he was quick to contact my agent and verify information. He is very thorough and does a very good job at going over your inspection with you piece by piece with detailed pictures included. After every section, he makes sure to stop and ask if you have any questions about the information he just went over. He had fast turn around with emailing the report to us as well. 10/10 would use him again!

Jeremy was very professional and I would recommend him to anyone needing an inspection. My family used him last year when they bought a home and recommended Mountain West Inspections. I was happy I had him inspect my new home as well. He has lots of knowledge and good contacts to give if you need anything taken care of. Jeremy was thorough and well worth it!! Thank you
