Dave Aprea did the inspection on a house we are purchasing. He did a fantastic job and followed up with a detailed report and a long phone call to answer all my questions. Impressed by the thoroughness, attention to detail, quantity of pictures and references to industry standards. Also appreciated that each finding was categorized to allow us to quickly distinguish between serious issues and maintenance items. Loved being able to switch between the interactive report and a pdf version. As out of town buyers, our realtor recommended House Call and now we do too!

The gentleman that did the inspection seemed very knowledgeable, very polite, and answered all questions I had to the best of his ability. He also shared with me fire damage he found that the seller was trying to cover up with paint, without his investigative technique I would have been tricked into buying a home that needed at minimum half of a new roof. 100% would recommend and use again if needed
