Prospects Home Inspections are a very reliable & affordable source. We have dealt with multiple inspectors in the past before, but this time, our insurance agent recommended PHI. Nick, our inspector, first of all, responded promptly to my call for request of services; was polite, attentive to detail, & quickly set up an appointment that was very suitable. Secondly, Nick showed up at the right day, & at the scheduled time, keeping me informed when he finished, & when the report would be available. Thirdly, report & contact with our insurance was done promptly, and Nick did everything he said he would, very reliable. In the future we will only use PHI, & highly recommend to everyone! Nick was prompt, professional and knowledgeable when he arrived at my home. Walked me through the process of the inspection, provided me with timing expectations so I was aware how long it would take and once finished gave me a full review of the inspection. Great working with him and will be using him again in the future if needed.
