Lacey and Rudy were absolutely amazing to work with! They gave me confidence with how to move forward to ensure I created the healthiest home for my children. Without them, I likely would have wasted a ton of money ripping things out unnecessarily instead of starting with our HVAC system. I plan to have them back out once remediation has been done! While Rudy tends to steal the show with his cuteness, Lacey is such a kind soul! She truly cares about the work they are doing and helping families. Highly recommend to anyone. Don’t waste your money on "mold specialists" who will either not catch the problem or lie about the extent of the problem. Rudy is your best tool!!

Lacey and Rudy were so amazing to work with. Lacey is extremely kind and responsive and you can tell she genuinely wants to help people. I felt at such a peace of mind knowing that Lacey and Rudy were very thorough during the inspection and wanted to find the mold issue. This was my first experience using a mold dog and let me tell you that going forward, I will never purchase a property before having a mold dog come and inspect the unit!!
